Hypertension is prevalent in our Pacific Islander community. High blood pressure puts a strain on your arteries. We provide BP clinics to surrounding Pacific Islander churches, clubs and organizations.
Pacific Islander women are diagnosed at advance stages of breast cancer. We want to change this narrative by providing support, advocacy and navigation to our Pacific Islander women. Ask us about the next Asian and Pacific Islander Screening Event and financial assistance for screening mammograms.
All patients have the right to participate in and make decisions concerning their health care. Interpreters can make sure that a language barrier does not complicate the relationship between patients and caregivers and ensures that patients have a complete understanding of all medical procedures. We provide translation services for our Samoan community.
